All About the Arts Camp

All About the Arts Camp

Camp Good Hope’s All About the Arts week returns July 20-24, 2026!

Campers will spend the entire week immersed in all different aspects of the arts. We bring in professional instructors to teach drama, music, dancing and visual arts.

Our week will culminate with the campers performing on stage on Friday evening at the Garner Performing Arts Center!

July 20-24, 2026 – 6:00pm – Garner Performing Arts Center

Jump into a world based on Jesus’s teachings on the Beatitudes with Christy Semsen’s brand-new musical, The Bumble BEEatitudes!

As you enter Happy Hiveland, you’ll meet Queen Bee, who communicates through dance moves, sporty bees that play buzzketball, the Royal Flowers, who perform as backup singers for the queen, and the visiting Beeanca that brings us into the story! For your older kids, there are skateboarding wasps and the Summer Tanagers, who are Gen Beak” and have their own language that sounds suspiciously like Gen Z.

Most importantly, The Bumble BEEatitudes is full of truth, teaching us the importance of receiving and showing mercy, hungering and thirsting for righteousness, and loving our enemies. Your kids will learn what it means to be poor in spirit and the importance of walking with God through difficult situations in life.
